First Friday Roll-up 2023
The summer Fridays are under new management this year - but still with the same format. It was Martin and Paula coordinating this week with Sonia and Ann cooking - thanks to them all.
The start of the first Friday Roll-ups saw 24 members (8 triple teams picked at random) fighting it out for 16 ends. It was getting a bit cool and dark when the final matches finished with the many spectators in the comfort of the Clubhouse straining to see - but the allure of a hot sausage kept us players all going. So back inside for the winners to be announced (Martin, Carol and Sue had the highest score) and then the return of the raffle with several prizes up for grabs. Another good night with about 50 members sharing a very sociable evening.
