2025 Season - week 17 results

WEEK 17 - PROMOTION EARNED TO DIVISION 1 IN THE ESL NEXT YEAR !

The week ended with an excellent win by the ESL team against Croydon MO. The 8 points earned mean that with only one match more to play, we are guaranteed to end the season second in the league and with it promotion to Division 1. It will be a big step up for the Club next year. 

At the start of the week, the hot weather forced another postponement, with the GTL match against Godalming to be rescheduled.

Two NDL matches followed, against Bletchingley and Purley Bury, with both ending up as losses. But 6 points were earned from three winning rinks across the two matches meaning we stay in 7th place in the league.

The Ladies all had a good friendly game at Croydon MO but were not successful.
