Last Social of Winter
Friday was the last formal organised social night for the winter and it was the ever popular BINGO. The team of Marian and Pat (thank you) stepped in to do the draw and calling and it was as amusing again - there was a definite delay with the nickname calls 
.
Over 30 had gathered to try their luck with winning the prizes and the first winner was .......... our treasurer Kevin - obviously a fix!! The evening progressed with the tension building for the major prize of £160 with a full house within 55 calls - but no such luck and the big pot will be carried over to the next Bingo session in the Autumn.
With the end of the Winter socials, it means that the Green will be opening soon and we can all get back outside and also enjoy the Summer socials.
